A business man or entrepreneur is always careful about the action he takes when it comes to business dealings with prospective clients. Before you sign a deal, ensure that company you are dealing with is duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
In the past, people omitted this important verification exercise due to the stress involved in the paper work. But today, the verification can be done on the go with your smartphone, tablet, laptop and other devices.

Simply click HERE and type in the name of the business or company you want to verify under the SEARCH RECORD BY NAME box. Then check the I'M NOT A ROBOT box and click SEARCH.

    The following will be displayed:
    • RC Number
    • Company Name
    • Company Address
    • Date of Business Registration
If you get an empty box after clicking the SEARCH button, then the business is probably not registered or is still undergoing the registration process.

NOTE: You can also check to be sure your own business has been duly registered and is recognized by the CAC.
